After six months of retrograde movement, on 7 December 2023 Neptune clearly started a new phase of direct movement, as it approaches the sign of Aries.
The opening article of the present edition is “As Neptune Approaches Aries: The Master of Compassion is in Direct Movement to the Territory of Innovation”.
On page 3 you have the article “Reincarnation, a Doctrine of Hope”, by Steven H. Levy, whose subtitle is “The All-Inclusive Law of the Cycles of Souls”.
